ICS luncheon talk in Montreal examines letters undertaking & bunkering litigation

ICS held a lunch talk in Montreal on November 22nd 2017. Two fascinating presentations were given: “Letters of Undertaking in Marine Transportation” by David Colford and “Bunker Litigation: The Teachings of OW Bunkers Demise – An Update”. Papers are available in the ICS Library.

ICS wishes to thank the speakers and attendees as well as the Canadian Maritime Law Association (CMLA) which has applied Continuous Legal Education (CLE) points for the lawyers attending. As usual, ICS also thanks the Shipping Federation of Canada for the use of their boardroom and great assistance.
