“Ship Arrest” – luncheon Talk in Montreal

The ICS Canada Branch held a luncheon talk on Tuesday, May 12th in Montreal. The topic was “Ship Arrest” and our speaker was Ms.Andrea J Sterling, Partner at law firm Robinson, Sheppard, Shapiro.

Andrea addressed key aspects of ship arrest as well as shared much of her personal experience in the field. We also had wonderful participation from the audience both in terms of questions and comments. We all came away with a better appreciation of this important but very specialised and complex topic.
